USPS Dispatched Lost/Missing Package Policy:
Once packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible while it is in transit. The Pink Effect™ will not provide a refund nor reship a new order if the tracking number of the package has been confirmed and marked as delivered to address listed.
If your package has been confirmed via USPS as "delivered in mailbox/porch/reception etc." and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Click the link below to start the process of your claim.
Once your claim is filed with USPS, your mail carrier will be able to investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address.
If your package is still "In-Transit, Arriving Late” or returned to sender due to an insufficient address, you will be issued a store credit or refund, where applicable (minus shipping cost) once it is confirmed that The Pink Effect™ has received the product(s) untampered with and in sell-able condition.

I am obsessed.
I purchased two towels and y’all my kids stole it. My oldest said she loves how it feels, it’s so soft. I love it and will be purchasing two more!
For this towel to be so lightweight it can hold a lot of water, and dries faster than my cotton towel. Aside from that, I feel like it dries me better than my cotton towel but knowing that its not depriving my skin of moisture is even better. Even if you only plan on using it for your hair, the larger size is definitely a good buy because you’ll end up using it on your whole body for sure.
This was 3 of the most best purchase I Have made. I went ahead and got all three colors to tell y’all how great these towels are. Not only are they for your body but they are for your hair as well. They are better than “regular”towels because they don’t dry to much of your skin or hair. It’s more healthier for the both. The colors are very vibrant & pigmented that I just had to get every color. I will never go back to a “regular” towel again. The Quality is great! I highly do recommend 😊😊😊
