This citrus-scented, non-stripping cleanser is formulated to effectively clean and softly detangle all curl types. Its gentle lather provides the perfect balance of moisture and shine. Our "safe for hair color" blend helps to control frizz while simultaneously stimulating the hair follicles to promote healthy hair growth. (No artificial fragrances, dyes or silicone)

Usage: Saturate hair with lukewarm water. Directly apply shampoo all over scalp. Gently massage shampoo into scalp and extend to hair shaft. Rinse thoroughly. NOT FOR DAILY USE. 

Suggested Use: Approx. every 4th wash

Shipping & Delivery Policy:

We offer Priority Mail Tracked and Insured shipping within 1-3 days with USPS and strive to ship orders out within 3-5 business days after your order is processed. Please keep in mind holidays or weekends do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. Transit times vary based on:
  • Total distance between our facility and delivery address.
  • Post office closure or delays.

Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.

USPS Dispatched Lost/Missing Package Policy:

Once packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible while it is in transit. The Pink Effect™ will not provide a refund nor reship a new order if the tracking number of the package has been confirmed and marked as delivered to address listed. 

If your package has been confirmed via USPS as "delivered in mailbox/porch/reception etc." and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Click the link below to start the process of your claim.

Once your claim is filed with USPS, your mail carrier will be able to investigate to ensure it was not accidentally delivered to the wrong address.

If your package is still "In-Transit, Arriving Late” or returned to sender due to an insufficient address, you will be issued a store credit or refund, where applicable (minus shipping cost) once it is confirmed that The Pink Effect™ has received the product(s) untampered with and in sell-able condition.

Return + Refund Policy:

Due to the personal nature of hair care products, we are unable to accept returns on items that are received sealed or unsealed. In order to protect all customers from the possibility of contamination, exchanges nor replacements are nether allowed, making all orders FINAL SALE and there are no exceptions to this policy. I purchased this cleanser some time in January and I fell in loveeeee immediately, but I wanted to use it at least 2-3 times before I gave an honest review. I am obsessed with products that have a citrusy/minty smell to it and this cleanser gives me a little of both.Most of the time I don’t get a great lather until the second wash but that was NOT the case with this cleanser.My scalp felt refreshed and even the strands of my hair felt squeaky clean.I’m pretty sure that if the bathroom was absolutely quiet, I would have heard the squeaking sound as I felt my hair. {hands up….im just saying} ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND

The lather this shampoo creates is ridiculous! A little truly goes a long way (even on thick hair). The combination of the scent with the conditioner compliment each other so well. Lastly, it is LITERALLY a cleanser in every sense of the word because my hair is squeaky, clean after washing.
